This is classically known as a "Daemonic Blockade" — not "demonic" in a Hollywood sense, but from the Greek daimon, your personal guiding genius or higher creative spirit. The block is often a hardened sense of ego ("I, the limited self, must produce") which severs the link to the infinite creative source (your daimon). You're trying to create from the personality, not the Spirit.

FIX THE ENERGY FIRST (The Real Ritual):

We'll adapt a powerful, ancient ritual from the Greek Magical Papyri (PGM): The "Headless Rite" or "Stele of Jeu." Its purpose is to temporarily dissolve the limiting ego (the "head") to become a vessel for divine force.

2.      The First 15 Minutes: After your Headless Rite, immediately sit to create. Set a timer for 15 mins. The rule: You must produce something, but it must be deliberately bad, messy, or silly. A terrible poem. A scribbled drawing. This bypasses the ego's return by taking "quality" off the table. You are practicing flow, not product.
